Two bodies were found Wednesday after an explosion and subsequent fire in a building in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward where explosives for pistols used in movie-making were being processed without authorities' permission, police said.
The police identified the bodies as those of Kiyoko Yokoyama, 88, and her daughter-in-law Yoko, 55. Shinichi Yokoyama, 60, Yoko's husband, sustained serious burns in the blast, which occurred around 12:30 p.m. at a company he operated in the three-story building.

There is a 2-m tall sign hanging on this building reading "Bronco Special Effects - gunfight and fire". Fifteen years ago, the company would make small tests lighting up the 2nd floor windows with fire simulations. Sometimes the cops and fire department would watch these tests along with passersby.
