Police were at a loss on how to stop a "drift tribe" terrorizing a mountain community...Drift tribes consist of people with a propensity to speed in souped-up cars in convoys on winding roads from late at night to early morning...Since around last summer, the Yamabushi mountain pass in Hanno, Saitama Prefecture, had become a popular spot for drift tribes after word spread about the road's curves on the Internet...
