Meh. Kinda interesting. I guess my definition of a "cool country" would be one with an exceptionally rich culture and/or a certain chic quality, and lotsa cute chix. Singapore scores low on culture but high on chix. Japan does well on both counts, but it's fading fast. Some other countries, in no particular order, that I've visited and found to be "cool" (feel free to share your own):
France
Italy (though the women tend toward leathery)
Czech Republic
Latvia/Estonia
Netherlands
Vietnam
Costa Rica
Not cool (IMO):
Germany
Switzerland
Sweden
Slovakia
Hungary
Croatia
England (but of course)
China

I'm a very simple person to please. If a country has 1) beautiful women and 2) great food, then, I'm satisfied.
