[/floatr]Josei Seven writes that Tomoko Nakajima, one half of female comedy duo Othello, is currently spending all her time with a middle-aged woman who represents herself as a spiritualist. Nakajima took a break from the entertainment world with some unspecified illness and has not returned to work on a regular basis. This kind of speculation is par for the course in the industry but the story has a neat little twist. Josei Seven quotes journalist and politician Yoshifu Arita as saying that the spiritualist bears a striking resemblance to Aum Shinrikyo fugitive Naoko Kikuchi (pictured). Arita says that police are interested in the woman and have even taken her fingerprints. There was no match, which would seem to put an end to the matter, but police are said to be investigating whether the woman has had her prints altered. There are clearly friends and associates of Nakajima who don't wish this new hanger-on well, and want to discredit her, but it would be bizarre if she did indeed turn out to be one of Japan's most-wanted.
