They're discussing it at the moment as far as I remember. That would be simply evil and vindicative, no matter what the corporate rate is.

Installation includes wiring it to feed excess power to the grid which is then subtracted against power consumed at other times ("net metering".) That way the grid is basically your battery and you don't have to spend a lot of money on batteries, which only provide a benefit if the grid goes down.

At the other end of the age scale, nursery and kindergarten facilities are still inadequate with around 8,000 children unable to find a place. Tokyo will allow more areas to be licensed for childcare to help meet this demand
