The suspect in June last year, broke into the apartment in Ota Ward via the veranda, used chloroform on the woman, sexually assaulted her, and took 60,000 yen. Later in January, the suspect was arrested for the robbery of a convenience store in Yokohama.

We all know those types...when I'm with someone that is bragging about their language ability, I like to sit back and let them do the J-talking/ordering at restaurants and enjoy the "but I learned [ ] is the right way to say it" struggle that ensues....but everyone eventually (or at least they should) hits the "you ain't all that you think you are" wall and the realization that all that praise you're getting about your Japanese ability isn't because you're good, but because your suck, they know it, and they want to be polite/encouraging.
