Me, too (the lazy part). I do remember a conversation with a Japanese music aficionado and ski buddy who was upset that Koizumi was destroying Japan by giving away the public institutions like the post office. That was around seven or eight years ago.

It was Japanese privatized...it split into four companies run by a government-owned holding company, so they companies act like private companies when it suits them and government organizations when it suits them.
