I heard on "JIP" that there was a jishin jiko at Ueno Station stopping all the Yamanotesen trains this morning. Of course, jinshin jiko ("human accident") is just a euphemism for train jumper, but you kind of have to wonder WHO THE HELL DOES THAT IN THE MORNING RIGHT BEFORE RUSH HOUR?
