Meat from endangered whales caught by Icelandic hunters is being sold in Japan as luxury dog treats, environmental campaigners said Tuesday.
Michinoku Farm, a Tokyo-based company, is offering chews made from North Atlantic fin whales on its company website, with the meat described as a "low calorie, low fat, high protein" snack.

It's quite possible considering it's being sold by Michinoku Farm. Michinoku is another name for the region now largely taken up by the irradiated Forbidden Zone (where they're growing rice for our school lunches and other shite eaten with scientific research).

Not by themselves but in general, it seems like once a population realizes the way things are in their country are fucked, they tend to be more inclined to change. (and I figure the above combo might inject some spirit into this yarukinai/shoganai nation)
