Shots fired into Akasaka office building
Japan Today -- Oct 07, 2013
Police in Tokyo's Minato Ward are investigating reports of gunfire in the streets early Sunday morning.
According to police, residents of Akasaka contacted emergency services at around 2.40 a.m. on Sunday to report that multiple gunshots had been heard in the area.
TBS reported Monday that police searched the neighborhood and found the glass entrance to an office building had been shattered. Two bullet holes were found in a wall behind the first floor reception area. Police believe the shots were fired through the glass into the building, which contains offices rented by multiple companies, from the street outside.
