Yeah, I was going to mention how not very progressively racist it is but Legion strikes me as a pretty crappy racist...............despite his most progressive efforts
BTW, that line is now at least 30 years old and unchanged in form or content.
I suppose the flip side of that is the palpable racism towards Jpn women of Sooper Delegate Clintonite RadFem white female FGs. It's pretty funny how blind they are to it, though, so I usually prefer to bait and wait when I meet them. Most of them are just blinded by dogma, not actually true A'holes.
PS I am not talking about how FG women can have it harder here but their palpable and often hysterical hatred of Japanese femininity.

Don't know how serious you are on this one Kuro but Legion is probably one of the last people I'd call a racist or white racist form his posts on fg. I'm luckier than you are - manage to avoid the North American white feminist brigade hating on the high voiced Jp women in offices or other employment locations.

These gaijin toerags fail to see that the Jp women are playing a role but are often very efficient at what they do in their job. The Jp women are also much more intelligent than given credit for - they are humouring the ojis at work whose only claim to leadership is their age and maleness.

Some Jp men can be cool at work and elsewhere but funnily enough the coolest I've found are the middle aged blokes. When you get to know em, they can be generous and far more relaxed than their public persona. The biggest Jp dicks are the young men at uni and post graduation in the workplace for at least some yrs. Not all but theres notable young Jp blokes who are fucking patronising and dismissive of non Jp men and women doing their best to get along with them.

PS - not all the NA Hillary Clinton-loving, politically correct-lecturing, Jp feminine-hating femos are butch or don't care about their appearance. There's an absolute up herself, deluded Yank who belongs to that group on the net but looks feminine.

She calls herself Redhead in Japan and has posted vids of herself on youtube doing 'Burlesque Cabaret' under the name Scarlett Carpet. This deluded chick is an Engrish teacher and she's lucky her employer aint seen that shitty stripping and shaking her fat arse in a g string.

Her name's Colleen something and she works in Tokushima. These politically correct NA women are the first to slag off Jp chicks for showing too much or catering to men but it's okay apparently when they're doing it cause they're feminists who are 'empowering themselves'.

You were doing so well til you opted for the generalization.

It might be a problem with your HR department's employment criteria. Our head of HR decided a few years ago to employ women rather than men out of uni, there is a huge, largely untapped talent pool since most companies subscribe to the "she will get married and leave" policy. Your HR department may see an intelligent young woman and think "she's pushy, she looks like trouble".

Concerning your straw man, I said if you want a job doing ask a woman, not they are cool and men are shit. There's a difference.

The decline in the working population is starting to kick in, the combination of deflationary pressure and fewer workers is starting to make younger staff difficult to manage. In a fast changing world the young are becoming risk averse conservatives. What you are interpreting as men are cool may be the old guys you associate with are more prepared to take responsibility. What I am seeing is a lot of people who want status, but do not want any responsibility, and this is becoming progressively more pronounced the younger they get.

There is an ingrained attitude in Japan that desk work, producing documents, is low status, sticking the hanko on them is higher status, so men who are more status orientated want to be the one checking the document, not producing it. Of course the responsibility not to make an error lies primarily with the person who produces the document. So it becomes harder to find people who will actually produce something, since people are becoming increasingly afraid of making mistakes. You must have noticed the subtle shifting that goes on in meetings when the conversation threatens to turn to who will actually produce some kind of documentation. How often do you hear "私はやる” these days?

I work in the IT industry where most of the top talent are men, the average age is young, and there are a lot of very motivated entrepreneurs doing interesting things. Other than admin, HR, and window dressing women aren't adding much. And they aren't actually all that good at admin or HR. I have met some talented sales women but that's sheer personality and flirting to close deals. When shit gets tough the client needs some who knows what he's talking about. My company and some of our clients have made serious efforts to hire more women too. So far no one seems to be having much luck.

I'm not sure if this thunder-thigh-ed fatarse is laughing at herself. She's probably genuinely excited by her own 'attractiveness' and 'self-empowerment'. I've read some of her crap on the net, yep she can use a keyboard, and her inability to let other people have a different opinion than her foaming at the mouth, screechy writing bullshit, tells me the annoying Colleen is delusional.

Irony just turned over in its grave.

PS FTR, what legion wrote is virulently racist, I have 10 years of proof on SJ's 20 years, but I was accusing legion of being a crappy racist, hence the irony........which just died of shock and disbelief. Anybody who valorizes little yellow women over their little yellow men is a racist. That's kind of how it works, even though I get the sympathy and presumptuous analytic hubris part.

Do I get a swing?

I find faaaaar more J-females to be open minded (less emotional) than J-males when it comes to discussing anything outside Yamatoville. That doesn't always translate to being more useful in the workplace and probably says more about the average J-male insecurity than it does about J-women being more useful....but in more than a few business situations, this kind of stubbornness/pride has cost the J-companies I work with some serious sales whereas I'm pretty sure a J-female would have secured the sales. That being said, one J-guy I work with (early 40's) is the definition of international-minded and super successful. It's why I'm working with him and not the 6 or so other companies that were interested in what I was doing. Most were in their 50's and starting listing off all kinds of outdated things they heard about this or that country, superstitions, personal preference (not target demographic at all) etc. I still find it bizarre that those types ever got into business, let alone have survived this far.

Korean people
Chinese people
Australian people
Women people
Handicapped people
People who live in Japan who are not Japanese people
People with liberal or left wing views

Mind you, there is evidence of thinking in Take's posts. He can make a few good points at times and can be logical. There used to be a nasty little website for Koreans who speak English and want to take out all their frustrations at not getting foreign women abroad or not getting good jobs abroad even if they are second generation Korean because of their shitty English.

I think it's still out there. It's called Korean Sentry. It has some real doozies of posts including fake genetic analyses and Korean nationalist-coloured 'science'. A bit like Nazi science. I had to laugh at some article falling over itself to say how Koreans are the most far of 'all races/ethnicities' from black Africans.

Bad luck for them that Asians including East Asians mostly carry genes for dark as well as pale pigmentation. Most whites only carry one set of pigmentation genes, the non dark, even if they are olive skinned. Having dark and pale pigmentation genes makes you genetically closer to black Africans. Which is fine. Just pointing out the ignorance of those idiot Koreans and their 'scientific' articles.

Another scientific fact I could teach Korean Sentry is that Asians, including East Asians like Koreans and Japanese, have been found in recent studies to carry more Neanderthal genes. Again, nothing wrong with that because the stereotype of Neanderthals is just that. But the silly shitheads like Korean Sentry nationalists like to use the term Neanderthal about whites.

:keyboardcoffee:

Analysis of the traces of Neanderthal DNA found in the genomes of modern humans has shown that people in East Asia carry between 15 to 30 per cent more of their DNA than Europeans.

Those Koreans got a lot of nerve

Postby Samurai_Jerk » Sun Nov 06, 2016 9:55 am

One thing I love about my trips to Korea is all the cabbage, lettuce, and other roughage not to mention the chili paste really gets my system moving. I don't eat enough fiber in Japan and plain white rice effects me like glue. I feel like I'm on a cleanse right now.

Yes, that is precisely the point. Said poster's "evidence" is not particularly robust. Nor is his logic, for that matter.

I never gave my opinion on Neanderthal Intelligence. Seems like every year we hear more and more about how they must have been more like us than previously thought. (and interbreeding is pretty much accepted as a fact at this point, no?)

....but I just find it hilarious that racist Korean nationalists slur Caucasians as "Neanderthals" when in fact the SK DNA contains significantly more Neanderthal DNA than Caucasians. Not sure what specific stereotypes come along "Neanderthal" in SK....but the obvious implication is racist and invokes a sense of "lesser/primitive" humans. Insecurity sure leads to some bizarre and ignorant racist thoughts.
