A middle-aged man has been arrested amid claims he ejaculated on unsuspecting women more than 100 times on a train line in Japan.
Tetsuya Fukuda, 40, is said to have preyed mostly on young women during a four-year reign of abuse on the Japanese JR Sobu Line.
He was arrested after police carried out a DNA analysis of semen when an 18–year-old schoolgirl discovered it on her skirt and went to authorities.
Fukuda is alleged to have cut a hole in his jackets so that he could play with his genitals on crowded trains between Kinshicho and Akihabara stations.
Balding Fukuda is from Edogawa ward in the city.
Alleged victim Ria Yoneda, 26, who came forward after publicity about the case, said: "It happened to me as well but I didn’t know who had done it.
"It is just disgusting, he needs help."
Fukuda has been charged with damaging property and has reportedly admitted carrying out the semen attacks on the train line more than 100 times since 2011.
He is said to have told policemen when he was arrested: "I get excited when in close contact with a woman on a crowded train."
He is expected to appear in court soon to face sentencing for damaging property.
