Definitely why the driver wasn't torn up in court...not too hard to justify running over the guy blocking your way when you're surrounded by that many angry bikers and being assaulted/threatened by the mob. I'm just saying they would have likely drove away with nothing more than a police report for some damage to their vehicle if she had refrained from throwing shit at them.

Didn't get torn up? Wasn't Alexian Lien cleared of any charges? Anyway, that was a strange case involving an undercover pig from the NYPD who participated in the assault.
