Survey finds woman had no bowel movement for 40 days
TOKYO, July 28 Kyodo -A woman had no bowel movement for 40 days while a swollen stomach drove another to see an obstetrician only to learn she was not pregnant, according to a survey conducted by Japan's leading pharmaceutical company.

There's your problem. I suspect the response that one woman had no bowel movement for 40 days was the result of a couple of lads with too much time on their hands, a computer and some vending-machine beer.
