Bathroom gas kills family of three

For the past week, the heating system on the family's bath had been broken. As an alternative, they had attached a hose to a water heater in the kitchen and ran it through into the bathroom. It is believed excess amounts of carbon dioxide were carried through this system into the bathroom, with no fan in place to allow the toxic fumes to escape
