Afghanistan's ousted Taliban regime has threatened to kill Afghan women working for foreign nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), Afghan Islamic Press (AIP) reported Friday.

The Pakistan-based news agency said the Taliban distributed a pamphlet in Laghman Province ordering Afghan women working for foreign NGOs to quit or face the death penalty.

If caught, these gentlemen should be handed over to the same women they threaten for traditional punishment.

Actually it is "Japanese based news" since Japan pays more than 50% of the non-military aid in Afghan-land. My daishi/groupie, N-chan, should be in Kabul working for UNICEF monitoring aid distribution as she has done for the past last year. However, she been stuck in Tokyo doing nothing all summer. She's collecting her $80k/y salary (tax-free) since it's not "safe" to go back according to J-UNICEF: your J-tax dollars at work, sheesh.
