I don't know. There's something to be said for the raw quality of the more old fashioned techniques. Hatchets and box cutters and hammers. Makes for good visuals. Americanskool killers just ain't got no style.

The former classmate suffered a broken skull and remains in serious condition in hospital. Her younger sister, a 12-year-old junior high school student, was slightly injured.

Following the attack, he fled the home after the victims' father spotted him. However, he left his shoes there, which gave investigators a clue to the assailant's identity.
