Terence David Shaird, a 39-year-old magician from Yashio, Saitama Prefecture, suddenly started performing one of his tricks when custom officials demanded he open his luggage at Narita Airport. With all that ingenuity the gaijin displayed by stuffing the cannabis inside theballs, I just feel sorry for him that he still got busted. I mean, that's pretty clever, don't you think? He just shouldn't have started juggling like a jackass in front of the immigration officials.

Damn it, I have never heard anyone calling Saitama a cesspool until I came here! Granted I can't disprove it right now, but all the exchange students I have ever associated with are from there and none of them have anything ill to say of the place.

Saitama's ok if you live in the southern part near Tokyo. The farther north/northeast/northwest you go, the worse it becomes.
