Japan defends its support for Iraq war despite Powell's doubt

I can't beleive these people. The US has now stated that Iraq didn't have WMD, and still Japan says they did. Like these losers know anything. Give it up you are bone heads you were lied to and now you have to admit it. But I guess the politicians aren't smart enough to spin things like they are doing in the US.

They have found WMD's

Postby mondogondo » Thu Sep 16, 2004 11:19 pm

They have found WMD's such as the seran gas shells "killing potential a mere 60k adult humans per shell", production vans, and the hidden uranium enrichment centrifuges. Just not the big stockpiles that Dan Rather can stand in front of and look real cool while reporting.

That would be "sarin gas", and it can't kill 60k humans unless you drop it in a crowded subway.

Stop drinking the O'Reilly kool-aid: you got tricked like the rest of us, and there's no shame in admitting it.

There's only one word that describes the WMD's PROPAGANDA! It was the buzzword used to justify out involvement in the area.

Furthermore, Japan's best and brightest, graduates of top univesities and sons and daughters of the 'elite' could only manage to kill 12 people when they released Sarin gas in a highly planned, coordinated attack on several locations in the crowded Tokyo subway system at rush hour.

So forgive me for not being afraid of a bit of that junk found buried in the sand 10,000 miles from my house.

I assure you the Sarin death toll far exceeds 12, but the additional casualties were Aum cultists who killed themselves handling sarin.

You ought to read "The Cult at the End of the World." My favorite anecdote: Shoko Asahara hated the Soka Gakkai, and sent a crew of 4 people to assasinate their leader. The assassins were armed with a crossbow, and an arrow with a bottle attached to the tip. They were supposed to mix the binary chemicals at the last possible moment, and then launch the missile at their hated rival, where it would smash on the ground and release the chemical payload.
But the assassins screwed up. While sitting in their car preparing for the mission, they spilled the chemicals while pouring them into the warhead, poisoning everyone in the car. They rushed back to the Aum compound for an antidote, but they all died, and their bodies were incinerated in Aum's special industrial microwave oven (which was built specifically for disposing of bodies).

oh, i'm shaking in my boots. I wish my president would spend $250bil and the lives of 1000 soldiers and kill like 20,000 Iraqis and totally f-up what little stability that region had, and create a breeding ground for more al qaeda terrorists, and ruin our relationships with our allies...in order to find that tiny bit of sarin and some ancient "war heads".

Gee, that was worth it, wasn't it?

BYO WMD

"Bring Your Own" Weapons of Mass Destruction ...

The secret nuclear war

... Washington and its allies have tried to cover up this outrage because the chief culprit is the US itself...

The WMD in question is depleted uranium (DU)...

Scientists say even a tiny particle can have disastrous results once ingested, including various cancers and degenerative diseases, paralysis, birth deformities and death.

And as tiny DU particles are blown across the Middle East and beyond like a radioactive poison gas, the long-term implications for the world are deeply disturbing ...

[After the Afghanistan conflict - ] "Many children are born with no eyes, no limbs, or tumours protruding from their mouths and eyes," Miraki told Aljazeera.net. Some newborns are barely recognisable as human, he says. Many do not survive ...

[And the servicemen themselves:] Rokke went to Iraq a fit and healthy soldier, but the major is now beset with a variety of illnesses and each day is a struggle.

He suffers from respiratory problems and cataracts while his teeth - weakened by DU radiation - are crumbling. At least 20 of the 100 primary personnel he worked with on the US army's DU project have died. Most of the rest are ill ...
