It's a sunny, HOT summer day and we should have a high of 28C/ 82F ....which means today all salarymen much wear long-sleeve shirts and students to put on black winter uniforms. Question: Where does NHK impant sub-band transmitter to order all Japanese to wear long sleeves?
Nah it is dressing based on the calendar. 1st of October = Autumn clothes. I was shocked last year when I went shopping on the first weekend of October and people were wearing boots, wool skirts, etc. but in dark colours as well.
Ferchrissakes.. It was 28oC... I was in bright summer linen skirt with sandles..
I bet that most people are planning to change over their wardrobes this weekend. Me, I prefer to let the weather help me to decide what to wear.
