If I want a great meal, I will go to a restaurant. If I want to move from Point A to Point B without crashing into the ocean in a fireball, then I will pick a safe airline.
I could care less about the food or the skirt length of the flight attendants.
I want safe, reliable travel at a reasonable cost. I will go to a fabulous restaurant when I get to my destination.

I wasn't looking forward to my upcoming China Eastern flight till I read that. Thanks!
Anyway, Airline should give up on trying to serve hot food. The closet thing I've had to edible food on a flight is when I get a sandwich, a piece of fruit, and a pack of cookies.

Arrested, or just interviewed in relation to investigations, and released without any charges? Mr Harris has easy access to UK Libel law.

You forgot to add "and I don't have a brass razoo to my name nor any hope of ever earning one, so it would be a complete waste of your time to pursue this matter, either through the court system or in any private arrangement made between the parties." In truth, this is your most effective shield.
