The diesel filter policy is working rather well along the Hwy 246 route that I drive into Shibuya---the black diesel grease on the roadside barriers is now much less than 5 years ago. The slimeballs in Mitsui were cheating on their filters---grounds for forcing the exectives in charge to work in a tunnel toll booth and suck their diesel fumes for a few months, hee, hee.![]()
