Sick Killer in Japan - what are the Nippon cops doing ?

Postby Buraku » Mon Dec 06, 2004 5:46 pm

There is a very sick killer going around Japan. The killer of a seven-year-old Japanese girl appeared to have fantasies of torturing a popular cartoon character as gruesome details of the murder are similar to postings on the Internet. The killer of a 7-year-old girl whose body was found early Thursday in Heguri, Nara Prefecture, is believed to have drowned her. The killer of abducted 7-year-old Kaede Ariyama likely lurked near the spot he dumped her body after he sent a message and attached photo of the drowned girl to her mother's cellphone. After an autopsy, one investigator remarked, "Kaede's mouth was damaged badly, apparently after her death. For some reason, the kidnapper must have killed her first and then injured her mouth after the killing."
The autopsy found that Kaede was drowned in city water, which suggests that she was killed in a house. Investigators believe the kidnapper killed her while she was naked and then dressed her afterwards.
A source related to the police investigation said, "The way the kidnapper killed her suggests that he was sexually abnormal. In this kind of murder case, the victim usually scratches the skin of the killer while struggling. In this case, the killer is believed to have grabbed her hair and pushed her face into water, killing her immediately and not giving her any chance to resist."The damage that the killer did to Kaede's mouth suggests how abnormal the killer was. One investigator remarked, "A total of four teeth — two front teeth of her upper and lower gums — were extracted.
Are the Japan cops doing enough to catch this sick killer, the killer seems to be almost toying with the cops. Kaede's 28-year-old mother received a photo of her daughter on her mobile phone. The photo is believed to have been taken indoors after the girl was murdered, with a message saying "Your daughter is mine" the killer also called the girl's mother hanging up after two rings. "I want to yank the teeth of little Sakura with pliers or break them," said one message. "I want to lick little Sakura's plucked teeth in my mouth," said another.Police have received over 1,500 calls expressing anger at the investigators or the killer.
Remember the last time a fucked up killer who turned out to be a young boy, chopped another kids head off and stuck it on the school gate. At the time the xenophobic Nippon cops spent their time trying to catch the gaijin serial killer, in the end it turned out to be a young Japanese male. The Japan cops are clearly pathetic and incompetant, it could be time to ask Interpol or the USA's FBI to try and catch this killer.

The Japanese police are too busy stealing tax payers money, taking bribes from Yakuza, harrasing foreigners, sleeping on the job and lining up their retirement jobs.
The road to the abyss.

Give the father of that girl 5 minutes with the killer.. you'll have another sick murder case on your hands.
Why do the Japanese always have to have a favorite saying?

Couldn't the time and location when the cell phone was used to send the picture be traced? I mean, if the 'authorities' wanted, couldn't they contact the cell company and have them track that particular phone by monitoring the transmissions of all keitai towers in the general area?..

There isn't a script of some sort that does this? I get itemized bills every month of where I've called. Wouldn't that be the same thing?.. Of course, I had to 'request' that.. If the cops didn't request an itemized bill, and pay extra, then there is nothing that can be done. Sho-mothafuckin-ganai.. :?

I vaguely remember a similar issue coming up in the Lucie Blackman case. Key circumstantial evidence in the case is Obara's phone record - not the numbers he called but where he was when he called. Privacy laws dictated that only Obara could ask for that information. I believe it was Tony Blair's personal intervention that allowed the release of the data and it subsequent use in the prosecution.
Since, in the case above, it was the girl's cellphone and since it was used in a criminal act, I would think the police have no problem getting the records but, sadly, that doesn't necessarily lead them to the killer.

NHK News said the girl may have been targeted by the killer because she wore her keitai-cam very visibly on a lanyard around her neck and the killer needed her keitai to send trophy photos to the police.

I was using my phone records as an example; I was more thinking that the phone company could monitor it's transmissions now; on alert for the girl's keitai number.. 'Monitor tracking', or something.. Is this not possible? If it isn't, it should be..

This is from the Shukan Post article on Japan Today:
Kaede's cell phone which the killer used to send the email and the cruel picture was serviced by KDDI, one of the major Japanese telephone carriers, with a GPS system. The GPS system can trace the telephone signal and identify the location of its origin within a diameter of five meters. Until Kaede's mother's cell phone received the email, police had not requested KDDI to be alert to any calls from Kaede's cell phone, so they were unable to start tracing the email. However, further investigation into Kaede's cell phone records has found that the call was made from within a 100-meter diameter of the area.
The attached photo of Kaede's dead body was not necessarily clear enough but police could discern that Kaede's body was lying on a white towel with certain patterns and her head was placed on a dark blue- or gray-color cushion.

This is on the Shukan Post's own site:
The Police investigation has found a suspect but has had difficulty in getting him to come in voluntarily due to his expected abnormal mental condition at the time of the killing. In any event, the police investigation is coming to its final stages.

news organistations like CNN, BBC and the Japan times ran a few reports on the sick event, they : the Japan-cops had a number of theories on who did it, one of them being a gaikokujin serial killer coming from outsider areas like Korea/USA and killing Japanese...shock horror for some of the J-police :!: when it turned out to be one of their own Nippon citizens

Murderer of 7-year-old girl sends email targeting younger sister
http://asia.news.yahoo.com/041214/kyodo/d86vhpmg0.html
The alleged murderer of a 7-year-old girl in Nara in western Japan has sent an email message to her mother saying his next target is the girl's 2-year-old sister, police sources said Tuesday.

The police believe that the murderer used the victim's mobile phone, possibly (fucking 'possibly'!!???) from around the town of Kawai, Nara Prefecture, to send the message to her 28-year-old mother early Tuesday, the sources said.

The police announced early Wednesday that the mother received the message. But they declined to release details, saying the girl's parents were deeply shocked by the threatening message..

The police believe that the caller still has the girl's mobile phone, the sources said, adding the police are speeding up to check the communications record.

The latest email message showed the victim's email address in her mobile phone, the police said.

Fucking AAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!! :x

To expand on that. They thought it was a gaijin because one of his murder notes contained some laughable manga Engrish, (he wrote 'shool kill') and seeing as the cops have such great language abilities they assumed it might be a foreigner. The note was a pretty damning arguement that it wasn't a foreigner, but the police do have their paranoia. :)

A really sad case among many others....still can't believe they are not tracing the calls as they are made (from the same cell phone)...Inspector Clouseau working on the case?

Then there's the ex-Kobe killer on the loose soon....what a comforting notion that is.....

then there is the case of the four family members slaughtered on New Year's Eve by some F'd Chinese college student that has never been fully resolved (as far as I know)

Are they ever going to fry Former Aum guru, Asahara? Perhaps the scene from The Green Mile would make a fitting end for sick bastards like him...

Merry Christmas...
try or try not...there is no do......
