Heh, guess they finally found a way to tag and track wild gaijin. What they won't tell you is that using this device will allow them to keep tabs on your every movement every second of the day. Pretty nifty trick.

I thought that could already be done by cross checking the immigration database with the NTT Keitai phone ownership database.... :D
