Extreme -- the easiest way is just to find any big black dude on the street around Kubikicho or Roppongi. He'll gladly take you to where you want to go. Honest. I use them all the time - they are great guys and always happy to help out the foreigners in Japan!

lol i followed you advice, found a black guy he helped me, but it costed 40,000 yen for one. didnt last long either cum once n girl leaves but japanese.
