Cant help with specifics here....but....when I was in Osaka I stumbled into a bar on the outskirts of town that was run by Ozzies/Kikis and a few South Africans. Do you know where the shopping centre is with the two large model dragons? One moves, one's stationary. If you go looking around there you might find the club. Can't remember many details as that night I'd been out with the owner of Signal Auto's (based in Osaka) and I was already drunk by the time I got there. Could possibly find out for you, but go exploring and find it. Then ask the guys there!
