Suggest Osaka, Fukuoka, or even bloody Nagoya as locations.

How about Haiti?
Just kidding. When this is all over the safest place on the planet will be Miyagi.

So so so... back to business.

We have some cleanup to do in the forums, Greji's goats might need some moar lovin'. We might need to do ourselves a bit of an ICE board. I'm pretty sure that soaplands might have better rates these days...

and I finally received my aircraft tie downs to put in the parking to restrain the cars in case of flooding.

Time to get busy people...

(sidenote (NJR) but I just discovered tumblr pr0n... and it's magnificent...)

This thread is fucking disgraceful.
Here we are facing the biggest nuclear disaster since "Testament" launched Kevin Costner's acting career and all you guys can do is talk about where we're gonna party when it's over.....
I suggest a massive dinner with Chicken Kiev, Three Mile Island wings, Fukushima gyoza as the main meals, with Hiroshima okonomiyaki and Nagasaki champon as side-dishes, with South Pacific fruits from Bikini and Muraoa atolls for dessert. I'm sure this banquet would be positively radiant.

SDH... We just dodged a big one, not by much for some. Next one could be tomorrow.
There's few things to do,
-helping those that were hit: not much can be done beside giving money.
-Updating emergency preparedness without falling into complete paranoia. (and knowing that for some, step 1 seems to be "waiting for the elevator to be fixed in order to be able to go downstairs", there's some work to do).
-Doing whatever we postpone because we always think we'll be able to do it another day.

Homer Simpson: You're right, Marge. Just like the time I could have met Mr. T at the mall. The entire day, I kept saying, "I'll go a little later, I'll go a little later..." And when I got there, they told me he just left. And when I asked the mall guy if he'll ever come back again, he said he didn't know. Well, I'm never going to let something like that happen again!
