japanese language classes / study groups

does anyone know of any japanese language classes, teachers or study groups in the oku-izumo area (shimane-tottori-hiroshima border area)? i'm within an hour drive of matsue, izumo or yonago or any of the smaller towns between.

i'm looking for a study group / teacher or anyone who can make me get off my ass and study like i should.

i'd be looking for an advanced class (i think). read about 1000 kanji, (writing not quite there), no problems at all in daily conversation, can understand most tv and a fair portion of the news.
