Being a country bumpkin, not sure where this is. I get off at Yoyogi Koen station, right? Then....what?

Yes, you're right about the inside park near Meiji is too strict about partying. Mo' betta is "The area facing Yoyogi might be the best; people drum, toss the ball, and they used to have raves in that area." Put a red X on the map where you think it's the best place for the FG Rave cum WTFBBQ.
