Train: Take the JR Yokosuka Line or the Shonan Shinjuku Line to Zushi
Station and then take the bus from bus-stop No 2 (comes every 20min) and get off at Hayama Koen Iriguchi (approx 20min) and its a five min walk from there. Last train from Zushi to Tokyo is: Yokosuka Line 11:15pm/11:35 (stops at Shinagawa), Shonan Shinjuku Line 8:49pm. Last bus is at 11:38pm

Car: Take the Daisan Keihin to Mitsuzawa Exit, then the Yokohama Shindo to Yokohama-Yokosuka Doro to Zushi IC. From there, take the Zuyo Shindo and then swing a left at the Nagara intersection and on to Hayama Goyotei-mae, and take a left there again, down to Hayam Koen Intersection where you will take a right.....you will see the Hayam Koen Parking (tell the staff that you are there for the party and you will be able to use the parking for 1050 yen till the night)

Yep, Cay is nice venue for jazz, etc. with good sound and sightlines..... but ohhhh mama, the bathroom is not accessible to anybody over 195cm/100kg (or handicapped like me).
