Those Akihabara Apples are more for decoration and nostalgia, than for sale. However, I did manage to sell my Apple Newton to SOFTMAP for more than I paid for it (discontinued/surplus price $120 --- sold to SOFTMAP for 14,000yen in Jan 2000).

But hey, it's Akihabara and with all the promo girls on the streets....as I said before:
