Here's an intelligence tip that perhaps Japan shouldn't be giving out: Its much-vaunted spy satellites, launched in March, can't ``see'' very well. In fact, they cannot distinguish objects smaller than 2 to 3 meters, far fuzzier than researchers had anticipated, according to government sources close to the program.
