Nageno was assigned to the section developing headphones in line with his hopes of working in the audio business.
His team has 100 silicon-made molds of human ears in addition to another 100 plaster molds and 300 samples of ear holes.
Among the old plaster molds was the one taken from late Masaru Ibuka, who co-founded Sony with Akio Morita in 1946.
