I've been asked to recommend a web host in Japan that provides an English management interface. I never host in Japan so have no idea who to suggest.
The server needs to be in Japan, but the designer is in Europe so the interface needs to be English (German would be fine too, lol) Needs typical web services like PHP and MySQL. Linux or BSD is fine, nothing proprietary needed apparently.
Any recommendations?

My site is hosted by JPStream (Intermediation Group]. English service and reasonable reliability combined with a low price.
The control panel interface/webmail is available completely in English, German, French and a dozen of other languages.
