I found this one in a Slashdot story about North Korea launching a "secure" email service. Who the fuck in NK even has email to begin with? I'm sure the people eating grass to survive have more pressing issued in their lives than email.
The /. article references this ZDnet UK piece about the email thing, but the Livejournal's really where it's at.
