Big Booger - a question about fiber

Postby Manarak » Tue Mar 09, 2004 5:23 pm

Hi BB

Now that I decided to move in, I begin to wonder about how to get that 100 mbps fiber you are speaking about.

What company do you use? do you get a static IP? do they speak english? is it good? what are the costs? are there other useful things to know about it?

Thank you
Manarak.

This should be a PM

Manarak--

If you have a question for a specific FG member, you can just send a Private Message. There is a "PM" button at the bottom of every post for this purpose. You don't need to start a new thread.

daikon Makes me fart--by BB
But it seems every time I eat daikon I have to fart like crazy.. and they smell horrible.. it nearly makes me barf just thinking about it..
It doesn't matter how the daikon is prepared, boiled, shredded, fried, cooked,
it doesn't matter what else it is served with, regardless, I always have to fart and the smell is unbearable.. ....

thank you SIR!
that was some extensive information!

I'm on cable presently, so i'm accustomed to sharing all my porn files with all others on the cable network :-)

I'll definitely buy a firewall and a router.
Thank you for the advice about the extra fiber bit, this could save a life.

If that's the case, then just post a general inquiry to all members about the topic at hand. Or, I recall there was another thread that already dealt with this topic. You could have posted this query in that thread.

I have since found out why the daikon made me fart.. it was too green.. if we let it set a day or two longer, it doesn't do so much damage.. Also I've learned to throttle my daikon addiction.. :D

I always felt bad for Frankenberry. Did the creators think Frankenstein was so insignificant that he had to share his title with some damn ghost?! He should have recieved his own title!!! Like..."Frankenbran" or something.
