I am needing some outline data or large gif/jpgs for the logos for the major phone companies.. doing a presentation and need them for printed and soft documents.

Tried to google the images and also store the gif's from the company web-sites but they are still too small and too fuzzy for my needs.

As I am not a very good image whore, can one of you experts in this field give me a hand??

Maybe if you called the marketing dept.s of these co`s they could email you a high-res jpeg?

Ok, I don't have the logos but look for the "Press Kit" in the corp info part of each company site. I just finished Vodafone's Shemale live!service manual at 5pm so I know their logos are here (no I don't have a password).

There also stock photo CDs with all major brand logos but those are never up to date enough for my telecom work.

As the emperor said, the PR units of each of these companies should provide you with the materials you need.

For print, you'll need EPS files. Ask for them.

Photos are sometimes delivered in high quality JPEG, though.

If you already know this, then please excuse.

If you're out of time, just make some 300DPI scans of the logos and then clean 'em in Illustrator or Photoshop. Need help? Give a shout.

I read the topic as "Big Logrus" (The Logrus is the power/entity of Chaos at one end of existence)

The Amber series is a 10 (11?) book series by Roger Zelazny(sp? cause I am in a different room from the book and lazy) and is a pretty interesting fantasy series. Just finished the collected edition book (all 10 in one) in less than a week...and now am waiting on the prequel novel written by someone else after Zelazny's death.

Your best bet is to use the JPO's trademark database.

Companies generally submit their logos when they trademark them. Although the smaller companies will not have submitted one. Additionally, the JPO requires the logo to be in a minimum size.
