So are we supposed to celebrate the new Thijn Film Solar Sail or the fact that Japan launched a rocket that didn't explode

Japan Institute of Space and Astronomical Science (and occaisional deep sea rocket exploration)

I guess you have not seen a Japanese rocket launch. Never sure what direction the thing will go.
