Yes, it's quite cool.

I couldn't see myself spending the money for a full-fledged Airport base station, but I'll get one of these when I feel the need to upgrade to a 802.11.g access point. (I'm presently using an older D-Link 802.11.b one, even though I've got a .g card. It's a leftover from my original iBook.) I like the idea of having the router be that small and completely out of the way. I don't know that I'd use the AirTunes stuff much, but it's a neat idea.

Tiny access point, wireless printer sharing and barely bigger than the power brick for my iBook? Sold!

(Yeah, wireless video would be nice too. Maybe they'll put that in the Airport Express Extreme.)

I finally got around to getting one of these last night. I'm not using it as a router, but I'm liking it so far. I'd been playing music off my iMac as I didn't want 6 out of 30 gigs on my iBook going to music. 6 out of 80 on my new PowerBook will work for me, so I wanted to be able to play music from the PB instead of having to go over to the iMac to change tunes. The wireless printing is nice too, and snappier than when I'd had the printer hooked up to the iMac and shared over the network.

I need a new router though. My current one is a D-Link 802.11b with a 4-port 10/100 switch. I want an 802.11g one, but not an Airport Base Station as I need the extra ports for the iMac, Xbox and PS2.

Any good suggestions on routers that'd fit my needs? (English firmware and setup pages are a must.)
