Gyoza are really, really easy to make. Without plastic rolly cruft.

I guess it's useful if you are 6.

From the photo, I think the "gyoza" that the device makes look more like wonton than gyoza.

Yes, they're easy to make. I've got some gyoza I made in my freezer right now.

I usually make them on the kitchen table but I'll try making them in the freezer next time.

Discovered last week that it wuz 10 times faster to do all the steps separately.
1 spread all the skins
2 put all the fillings
3 wet all them skins lips
4 close everybody

instead of one by one...

Must find a JK willing to try the "cruel restaurant' method... (movie... errr... trainwreck with Mihiro Taniguchi... it's bad... too bad to be even a little good)

I usually find that #3 happens by itself, naturally. Then I do #1, then #2, and I don't bother with #4.

It sounds like the good old assembly line concept.

Are you sure that's the right order?
I think it's more of like 1 > 3 > 2 > 4.
Well, I guess everyone's has their way. Just ask Greji.. oh wait, I think that impatient guy goes straight to Step 4.

Well your opinion if fucking wrong. Tuna gyoza sounds like one of the worst ideas ever. Besides, Tuna is high in mercury and srimp are high in colesterol and purines so you can scratch that BS healthier argument.

Mock Cock, in Japan it seems to be standard for people to use the beef-pork mix (AKA ai-niku) instead of straight pork.

Yeah, you usually need to sit down at a table with him in order to hear that sermon. Many a good hamburger has been ruined by hearing xenomorph preaching the "facts" of red meat consumption.

The fun with home mad eis you can try all sorts of fillings! I have made some yummy tofu and ginger ones even.

A big pffft to the purists!

I think these ones were chicken, spinach and cheese...

Very true, while many a bad piece of meat has been made more palatable.
