Shinkansen handle better the snow in open air than the Eurostar in a warm tunnel... (oranges to apples... but whatever...)

Seems they are still a wee bit bitter aboot that world speed record thing...

Not to mention not using electric systems built by the same guys that made "Jaguar" synonymous with crap engineering.
