I saw that report on TV yesterday myself. On the international channel, there is Japanese news on once a day in the morning.

And yeah, they blame it on gaijin again.

HOWEVER, who do they think attached it to the phone. "gaijin" would have been noticed.
I will not abide ignorant intolerance just for the sake of getting along.
