The Chinese have:-
* Ditched support of Microsoft
* Developed their own CPU processor
* Already produce a massive amount of PC hardware
* Have very low wages as it is....
....they seem set to lead the world in this department.
(One may wonder though, how the Chinese deal with their own software being pirated for a change)
