Can I get English XP Home OEM in Tokyo?

Can I get English XP Home OEM in Tokyo?

I'm building a PC for a friend, and we want to install XP Home OEM. We'd rather not order it from overseas, because I might be gone before it gets here. T-Zone in Akihabara is the only place I know that sells English software, but they no longer carry English OEM OSs. Do you know of a shop that would have it? Thanks.
