some advice/recommendations needed

Hi i need some advice from the pros around here.

well i'm currently 17m from Singapore. i'm a media student, i know how to do videos and stuff.

i'm very interested in studying in Japan. my Japanese, well i can ask for directions, order stuff and some basic conversation. lol

i was wondering if any1 knew any media instituitions in Japan that is well, "english-friendly" and offers Japanese as a 2nd language course..
