Transferring from CC to Japanese uni

Does anyone know of any Japanese universities to allow someone from a community college to transfer and then graduate there? I know of Sophia and ICU but I wanted to know if there are more options.

My resident rice cooker who prides herself on being a kyoiku mama, says that any tanki dai in Japan is acceptable at a four year Universisty, or college. If it is an overseas Junior or Community College, it depends entirely on the class standing (grade average) and credits. Even at Sophia and ICU. One of the Jochi friends of my daughters graduated from a CC in the US and had to start as a sophmore.

I don't know if she is totally correct because the right of questioning her statements or argument was not written in my marriage contract
