Financial Aid and school question

Does anyone from the US have any experience with financial aid and schools in Japan? I am looking into this for the first time and am in need of any advice I can get.

What schools would offer classes in English or a good program to learn Japanese to study there?

What options would I be looking at?

Please tell me of your own stories. I would be very htankful for any help.
