Can anybody lend me ski boots UK size 12 US 13 Jap 30 - 31,

I will also probably need binds then if I have binds I will need skis to match. I pretty much need everything. Just that it fits my size. I am not into nordic or alpine skiing more short carvers etc.

In lending to me I will give you money. Around the same as I would have to pay for normal rental.

Otherwise I need the same setup for a showboard, again large boots binds and board. I wide board would be nice again I am not really into alpine, although litley to be in heavy powder. At 73kg I am not strong enough to shift huge skis or boards.

Firstly my size is almost impossible to get. When they give you stuff they will ask for your height and weight to determain the lenght of the skis and when the binds snap away. But I dont fit the model and they will give be some big awkward skis that as soon as I hit powder I will fall they will either set the binds so lose because of my weight leaning into a curve will cause the ski to fall off. or they will have the to tight that if I fall I will break something. I have already dislocated a hip because of this. and they were no liable because they went by the recomendations.

Nevermind explaining all this in english, I am sure they wont have a clue in broken japanese. Besides I dont always want to bring a screwdriver to adjust my binds on the sly.

Good luck in your search but if you don't find any to borrow, I suggest that you have a written explanation of exactly what you want.

I have always found the rental guys pretty reasonable to requests, but you will have to have the instructions in Japanese. Perhaps you can even rent from Tokyo before you head out of town. It may be easier.

Get the girlfriend to draft one up for you.

Closing this thread, I just came back from nagano, Fucking brillient. I want to live in Japan forever.

I still need to buy a snowboard. If I want to go again.

They only had size 29cm snowboarding boots and a board that was a little skinny(i.e. my toes stuck out at the top). But it didnt matter Nagano was just to good.

I have to find a second job soon if i am going to be able to buy my own board.
