I wanna live in Kichijoji

I know its a popular place for gaijin, and probably a little tough to find a place there between 50 and 70,000. Im moving back to Japan soon and I would like to find a place to live around the Kichijoji area. I can get a friend to be my guarantor no problem. Anybody got any friends or places for me to check out? Thanks for the help. Gaijin in California
