A good friend of mine has a 2LDK available in Juso, Osaka.

For those who don't know, Juso is two stops north of Umeda on the Hankyu line. You can bike from Juso to Umeda with relative ease.

The Hankyu Kobe, Kyoto, and Takarazuka lines all pass through Juso.
